• Size of painting — e.g. A1 (59.4 x 84.1cm) or another size you have in mind
• Date the painting is required by
• Project details — what you're picturing, who or what it's for, any reference photos or inspiration
• Which of my paintings resonate with you — let me know if there's a style or past piece you'd like the commission to echo
• Shipping details — the name and address you'd like the finished piece sent to
• Gift note message (if it's a gift) — exactly as you'd like it to appear on the note
